What is Court Trust acCounting?

How about this fish in a bowl? It's a metaphor for the people looking into your Accounting for an explanation of where the money went!

An Accounting is a record of financial transactions and asset movement for a trust, probate, conservatorship or guardianship during a specified period of time. Courts may require a periodic review of the flow of money and assets for a trust in a specific format. We provide a powerful but easy-to-use PC program to take this information and create  documents ready to file.

Most programs on the market today take a stab at doing what our program does, but they fall short of the most important step! - You can give a judge, an attorney, or beneficiaries reports directly from the program.

What's the point of putting your data into an accounting program and have to turn around and format it for the court using a word processor or report writer? Hand your clients or beneficiaries a record of transactions from our check registers.

Our program is fully integrated and native with Microsoft Office. You can copy data directly to Excel, Word, fax, or e-mail. If you are still in the DOS environment, it is time to change!

Who is it for?

Most of the people buying this program are CPAs (70%), financial officers in trust companies or banks (10%), Public State and County Administrators (5%), and attorneys (15%) wanting to do an Accounting themselves without out-sourcing it.

Court Trust acCounting conforms to the Uniform Fiduciary Accounting Principles and  is built to provide you an easy way to capture your probate, conservatorship, guardianship and/or trust transactions and prepare a court-ready Accounting (with schedules and a summary) that is ready to file in a court. Court Trust acCounting is  appropriate for all 50 states.

What kind of technology is it?

Capture your transactions into a relational database of schedules, use case management, print Fiduciary registers and automatically balance your charges and credits with a easy-to-use double-entry accounting system. Set up your own categories and layouts or use our new Create Accounting Wizard
®

Since our product is Microsoft Office-based, you can customize your output by exporting it to Word and make any modifications you wish. See our slide show!
